We will ship your order from the SooQoo warehouse using leading express shipping providers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL.
Shipping prices will be shown at the checkout stage once you input your address so our system can provide an accurate quote.
The shipping includes customs tariffs and shipping insurance. Any parts damage from shipping we please follow the steps to send us the material, we will take care of it.
Orders typically ship within 10-15 business days, while new products may take 30-45 days. If you need faster delivery, please confirm availability with us before ordering. Once shipped, delivery takes 5-7 business days, and tracking details will be provided.
Warranty & Claims Process
All products come with a 1-year free warranty. To file a claim, please email contact@sooqoocarbon.com with the following details:
Shipping Damage:
Inspect the package before signing for delivery.
Provide photos of the box (multiple angles) and damaged product.
Fitment Issue:
Submit a video demonstrating the installation problem.
Include photos of the affected area and the product’s T/H-code (found on the back).
Coating Issue:
If the clear coat discolors (white/yellow), send clear photos of the defect and the product’s T/H-code.
